For our Monument & Memorial Customers

We serve hundreds of pre and post-need customers with grave markers, monuments, memorials and mausoleums over the internet each year. Please don’t hesitate to contact us, even if you are not in our immediate geographical area.

We understand that most of you are grieving and that it is emotionally difficult to visit a dealer, pick out a monument and make a big decision that day.

We help alleviate that pressure by collecting as much information from you as we can, providing you with a suggestion or two, and then you can share the information with your loved ones in your home or via email (if your family is spread about).

This will allow you to make a collective, informed decision as a family.

The process works this way.

  1. You contact us by email or phone. Our customers find that email is easier because they do not need to talk about their loss. They express that it is almost therapeutic by using email because they can take the time to think about their loved one and answer the questions we present them at their pace. There is no pressure to decide right away.
  2. We then collect whatever remaining information we need, put together a sketch proposal and send it back to you.
  3. You can then share that information with your family and discuss what changes you would like to make.
  4. We then provide you with a price quote on the your “draft” of the stone. If you agree on the draft and price, we take a deposit from you.
  5. We then send our "draft" to the design department, they draw a full scale design of your stone and we send that to you.
  6. You either make changes or approve of the design and we send a copy to the cemetery to make sure they approve also.
  7. Once all is agreed on, design-wise, we put the stone into production.
  8. Once your stone is complete we collect the rest of the payment and ship the stone to your cemetery or setter, who will set the monument for you.

Our process is very streamlined and takes the pressure of the grieving family to coordinate all these processes.

We look forward to serving all of our customers in any way we can. We pride ourselves on going above and beyond in customer service and hope that you will consider us for any granite need you may have. Thank you.
